MUMS & BUBS PILATES
Work with our specialist women’s health physiotherapists in our Mums & Bubs Pilates and Exercise Therapy Classes. Babies are welcome in our classes and you have the flexibility to stop at any time
to feed or comfort your baby.
Mums & Bubs classes have a maximum of 5 people per class (plus bubs!) in your personalised class that is safe and effective exercise during pregnancy and post partum.
Your first appointment will be a 40 minute one on one consultation with one of our Women’s Health Physiotherapists, to assess your pelvic floor, discuss your personal history and find out what you want to achieve out of Pilates. Once you have had this initial consultation, you can join any of our Mum and Bubs Pilates Classes or Women’s Health Pilates Classes. If you have any questions, please contact us.
