Why Reformer Pilates?
Reformer Pilates is a dynamic and versatile form of exercise that combines controlled movements with the assistance of a specialised apparatus – the reformer. With its adjustable springs and sliding carriage, the reformer provides both resistance and support, allowing for a full-body workout that targets specific muscle groups while promoting flexibility, core strength, and joint stability. Our classes include customised sessions including reformer pilates, exercise balls, free weights and more.

What happens when I book?
An Initial Pilates Scan Appointment with a Physiotherapist is required before proceeding into our pilates classes. It is a 30 minute appointment which enables us to assess any injuries and to go through what you would like to get out of our Pilates classes. We also perform a real time ultrasound on your pelvic floor and core muscles to see how well they are working and what cues you respond to. Our friendly team can assist you before making your appointment if you have some questions. Feel free to call us on 075 504 7000 or send us an enquiry.
