Fixing Headaches

Are you part of the 2/3 of the population who suffer from headaches? A large proportion of these headaches are due to neck or emotional stress and luckily these causes can be successfully treated and prevented in the future.

Is your headache coming from your neck?
The first three nerves of the spine and their muscles and ligaments also carry sensations of pain and aching to the head. Usually the headache will start at the top of the neck and as it worsens it may spread into the back of the head the temples of the forehead or behind the eyes sometimes it is accompanied by dizziness or light-headedness and can be worsened with neck movements or by holding the neck in a forward position for a long time.

Is your headache due to stress?
We all feel stress from time to time but when we experience ongoing stress from work home or life in general, tension in the neck can occur. This tension in combo with the release of stress chemicals can result in headaches.
